Tonje Sophie Dunder
Co-founder & Managing Director
Tonje brings several years of guiding experience and a background in social anthropology to Mountains and Fjords Guiding. She develops the tours and leads the company day to day.
Andreas Viskedal Øverli
Co-founder & Finance Manager
Andreas combines his career at sea with guiding and carries the responsibility for the company's accounts, keeping the numbers in order between tours.
Carolina Paz Reichel
Local Guide & Content Creator
Carolina combines local guiding with visual storytelling. She contributes photos, video and social media content that help guests discover Bergen before they arrive.
Idun Strand Hauge
Historian & Local Guide
Idun brings historical knowledge to the team and helps turn Bergen's past into stories that feel relevant and engaging for guests.
Morten Fahlvik
Teacher & Local Guide
Morten combines the clarity of a teacher with local knowledge, creating tours that are informative, welcoming and easy to follow.

With no more than eight guests on our shared tours, you have more time to ask questions and get to know your guide. We combine Bergen’s well-known sights with places and details you might otherwise walk past.
Prefer a day just for your group? Our private tours welcome up to ten guests, with the route and pace planned around your interests.
