No, the recipient does not need to choose a tour when the gift card is purchased. The mountains, fjords and stories of Bergen can wait until the right day comes along.
Can a gift card be used on any of your tours?
Yes, the gift card can be used toward any of our available tours. The recipient can choose the experience that interests them most when they book.
How long is a gift card valid?
The gift card is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. That leaves plenty of time to choose a tour and find a date that works.

Yes, our gift cards give the recipient more value than the amount you pay. The current purchase price and gift card value are shown above, so you can choose the one that suits you.
Can I buy a gift card for myself?
Yes, you can buy a gift card for yourself. It is a simple way to get more value for a future tour, even when there is no special occasion.
Can more than one gift card be used for the same booking?
Yes, more than one gift card can be used toward the same booking. This makes it possible to combine gifts or save several cards for a larger experience.
Are gift cards refundable?
Yes, online gift card purchases can be canceled for a full refund within 14 days. After that, the gift card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. This does not affect the cancellation terms for a tour booked with the gift card.
What happens if I cancel a tour booked with a gift card?
You can change or cancel the tour within its cancellation deadline. If you cancel in time, the amount paid with the gift card is returned as gift card credit. Any additional amount paid by card or Vipps is refunded to the original payment method.
